In the early 1960's, a Sicilian single mother marries an older, crass widowed truck driver. When he is arrested trying to smuggle an antique, she ends up falling in love with her handsome stepson.
The movie starts with the marriage of a divorced young women to a old man with. Both have a daughter and a young son respectively. Since the first contact the lady fallen in love with the old man's son. But she didn't came out because of her husband's presence. She used to play with him when her daughter is around even in night. Her daughter and the young man became very affectionate. After an accident her husband went to jail for couple of day. After that she had no other hindrance to be intimate to her stepson. They made love passionately several times and became very close to each other.
It is a triology because there was another young women who had a crush on the young man. She never gave up the effort to be near him and his beloved one. Likely, he was keeping an eye on them.
Eventually, When the old man came out of the jail and forced his son to marry the young lady. He then had no other way but to leave affair with his stepmother
It was a fabulous theme with Youngman-Old women affair.
